83 aspencade fuel door lock removal

I have a lock that I messed up, while trying to get frozen rain out. Have a new 1 from Honda, now; but, can't figure out how to remove old 1. Honda service manual doesn't cover it. I guess they expect GW mechanics to have that down. Help...

This should help you out, it shows the location fo the 4 bolts for removing the ralse tank.
