Engine spins over on the button as usual, but will not fire.

New plugs, so not that.

Checked for spark, not even a weak one.

Electrics is a black art to me, any pointers would be gratefully received.

First check that the kill switch is on. If not that there are several things you will have to check which require removing the false tank.

If the Kill switch is okay and you have no spark at any cylinder, you will need to look at the igniters and coils next. I can't see both coils going down at the same time though.

Since you said new plugs I'd start by checking the coils for lose wiring..maybe you pulled something loose while installing plugs??? Check pulser wires are they plugged in??

buy a test light & a multi meter. you need to find out if you have power in the wire that feeds your coils while your key is set to the run position. Im not sure what color the wire is, others here might remember.
