Hi,
WELCOME..The first thing to check is your cable. It runs from behind the fuel pump to the back of the Tach. Unscrew it from the back of the tach ( this is a finger type of nut and you should be able to just unscrew it) and start the engine. You should be able to see it spinnin' up and if you do not then it may be a bad cable. Check to see if it is spinning and if it is not let us know and we can guide you through checking it out further.
