check all your fuses. parking, tail lamps are seperate fuses.
83 interstate no parking lights
I have a 83 gl1100 interstate that the parking lights quit working.
I have my markland bumpers with the marker lights hooked into the trailer plugs that are behind the license plate.
I had to jump start my bike a while back from my truck.
I only hooked it up long enough to get the bike going but it popped the brake light fuse anyway.
I replaced the fuse and my brake lights and the marker lights light up but when I turn the ignition to the parking setting I have nothing.
Can someone point me to the cause of this issue?

There is a separate fuse for the park light.
Can you tell me where this fuse is located?There is a separate fuse for the park light.
The group of fuses under the faux tank are all good.

fuse box should be labeled left to right: turn signal, engine, tail light, headlight, parking, acc. have you checked the bulbs? i've had vehicles where the socket gets old and the bulb vibrates loose and wont make contact.
