Looking for a set of standard shocks to replace the air shocks on my 83. Just noticed today that the right side is leaking. I've already rebuilt them once, but didn't notice anything that could have been wrong. I'd just prefer to get rid of them and have one less thing to deal with. I had standard shocks on my 77 and my yamaha and seem to prefer them.

If anyone has a good set (maybe a progressive type), let me know and what you'd want for them.

Pull the boot down and check the chrome dampener body for scoring=if any scoring, there useless. Oem 1100 air shocks came to market with a low rockwell chrome hardness rating on the dampener with weak springs, relying on too much air pressure that caused the seal to grip the chrome and score them.
