i have been riding an 85 interstate for a few years now, and it has been developing a waggle (not a tank slapping wiggle) everytime I turn into a parking lot or road or driveway at a slight angle the whole bike starts to waggle it is becoming more and more harder to control.
I have put on new tires, with about 3000 miles on them now, have just replaced front wheel bearings, checked head bearings. going to possibly change head and swing arm bearings tomorrow if time allows. have replaced rear wheel bearings last year. I keep tires inflated to 42 in rear and 40 in front. 4 in front forks, 50 in rear shocks, but nothing seems to help, I have tried the tires on my other 1200 but no problems with it waggling, could it all be from the head bearings and swing arm bearings?

thanks for any advice

It's not a wobble at handle bars, the whole bike wiggles like a snake, can let go of handle bars and continues to go straight, just when you turn at angle and hit a bump it keeps wiggling or hit a bump it starts to wiggle, like a big dog on back wagging a big tail

Replaced head bearings, old ones looked as good as new ones, new fork seals, flush and new fluid put in can still drive down road without hands and no wobbles, but if I still turn into a drive at an angle it still wiggles but not as much as it used too. Think I will try new swing arm bearings next time I get more free time, and replace wheel bearings while I am there.
