Can a person adjust the anti dive on the front shocks of an 88-1500 like the 1200

Far as I remember there is a screw on the back for this. If its anything like the 1200, then you won't see much difference no matter how you set it.

GW : ... if the shocks, and the Trac anti dive is cleaned out..... it makes a tremendous difference on my 1200... I think you have to drain your oil, and let some thinner "rinse" oil drain out  ..... and  move the trac  back and forth  from 1 to 4 several times... SilverDave/forums/images/emoticons/emoticonsxtra/cooldj.gif

My GW is a 88-1500. The anti dive is diff than a 1200. I just don't see any adj and i don't see it in the owner's manual.

if you use just the brake pedal, only the right antidive works. If you use the left brake lever, only the left antidive works. So conseqently, you tailor how the anti-dive works. They're linked to the brake calipers, so the harder you use the brakes, the more the anti-dive valve closes off. Wierd, Huh?
