was riding bike radio went crazy bike quit sounded like battery pushed started started fine bike quit again boosted off went about 10 miles quit again boosted off got it home put battery on charge 75 percent charged wont start ligts go dim and off when trying to start bike could it be starter solinoid or starter

Your alternator probably died. When the battery gets fully charged it will probably start.

battery is charged bike is clicking and lights go dim and completley off when trying to start bike

The headlight is supposed to go off when starting, that is the relay you hear clicking.
Check the #11 fuse.

What did you use for a charger?

Load test the battery.
Then check the alternator output volts at the battery, at idle and at 3,000 rpms.
The results are?

I do have to say.

Punctuation and capitalization are important for assisting in reading comprehension.

It's merely a comma and a capital letter that make the difference between: helping your Uncle Jack, off a horse, and helping your Uncle jack off a horse.
