The 4* timing wheel is used mainly by those who own 1988 or 1989 GL1500 to correct the hiccup that those bike experienced. Honda did correct the problem but some still have the problem. By changing the degree wheel you will also need to run premium fuel. MBL used to make cam sets for the 1500 but there seemed to have been no interest for the upgrade. However may I suggest removing the pre-muffler chamber and adding an X-factor http://www.torqmasterpipes.com/product/x-factor/ Open up the exhaust a little.
When was the last time the trike had a carb sync? A carb sync does wonders for performance and fuel economy.

Looking for anyone who has experience or opinions about the Richland Roadster Trike Conversions. Looking at my options and this MAY be something I would do. But, I have never seen one in person and never known anyone who has experience with them. Any thoughts.....? Jim
