Today my friend called me cuz he was going to install an fm modulator to his bike to add a line in for the ipod.. and wanted my help..

well he also was having some trouble figuring out why the rear speakers were connected both to a single channel (in parallel) right speaker connected to the left side actually.. when we disconnected the rear speakers plug, the front left speaker went mute! after playing around we connected the right side to the other two wires we had no audio nor the left front came alive..

we had the radio unit disconnected, checked for a bad connection but everything seems fine.

any ideas?
