I have a 93 Suzuki Intruder 800. I recently changed the fluid in the master
cylinder ,was dirty. But now it seems that after 5 miles or so, seems clutch starts to slip. Clutch plates were new last year. I was wondering if master and slave cylinders need to be rebuilt. Thanks for all the help I can get.

The return hole in the master is plugged. Don't know what it looks like in the zuki but most are a very tiny hole and sometimes covered by a small metal cap.

Return hole plugged

Finally got time to check out clutch cylinder. My nephew said he does not think its clogged, that he shot air through it. I said to take a piece of wire
,and stick it in the hole. Sure enough it would not go in .Wiggle wiggle wiggle, it popped . Hole clean. Rode 50 miles, start and stop. Still good. Thank you,Dan:bow::bow::bow:
