the rear shock is holding air when i sit on bike it bounces much to easy when i ride there is not much resistants at all its a 94 aspencade i have the right one off i pushed it in and then put air in it slamed back into mount real hard glad i didnt take it out too far it holds air good no leaks

You might try re reading and rewording the above as its a bit hard to follow.

Your shock may be out or low on oil and need changing the oil or replacing the rear shocks with Progressive air shocks.

When you took it off did you check to see if it had fluid in it ? It holds 140 cc or 4.7 ounces of oil (Pro Honda SS-7 suspension fluid) or you could use type F ATF fluid, it has moly in it and resists foaming.

no i didnt take it al the way off when i put some air in it felt pretty good so i put it back on and posted this help thread tomorrow i will check the oil if i can figure it out thanks for the help i didnt notice any sign of leakage the boot is riped am going to advance in the morning and get one

On the 1500 one shock is an air shock with no dampening, the other shock is a spring shock with dampening. It sounds to me like you need to replace the spring shock or rebuild it. The best way to improve the ride is to replace both shocks with Progressive 416 shock absorbers. They made a great improvement on my '03.

thanks for the info im going to change the fluid in the air shock and then order a spring loaded one thanks again
i pulled the shock and changed the fluid not much came out but i flushed it good and then refilled it it helped but i think your right i ordered a spring loaded one thanks again for your help
