I went to open my right saddlebag this morning & found the latch will not open the bag. I did find the release button inside the trunk. Where do I start to make repairs?

Thanks in advance for your expertise.......-Rich

You should see the cable and plastic end attached to the long bar inside the top of the saddlebag. The plastic ends sometimes get knock off the bar when stuffing the bags full.

The green plastic clip on the end of the metal rod is broken. This is inside the trunk next to the trunk lock.It is some sort of locking device to attach the two rods together. I'm looking at bike bandit's site now, but can't seem to find what it is called.
