We just got Carol's new helmet today. For those of you who don't know. I ordered two KBC Nova Blue helmets from Wingstuff. Mine is fine, but Carol's was one size too small. I contacted Rick about the problem, & he said to send it back for an exchange. Everything went smoothly. It's great to have a company that's willing to help the customer. A big thumbs up to all the great folks at Wingstuff! Keep up the good work. I only wish all the Goldwing accessory retailers/vendors were this good. Most are, but there's always a few bad apples.
