I just got back from a 3 day weekend in Seattle, to celebrate my 22nd year of marriage to Mrs UBarW. The pic below was a surprise pic at our dinner. We had grilled sweet chili scallops. Yum yum yum...

Anyhoo, we walked, did about a million dollars worth of Starbucks, ate, watched the Mariners play, ate some more... You get the drift.

I had a wonderful time, and I know that she loves me. On the way home she encouraged me to go ahead and get Bargoyle painted... I also told her about a 1200 ASPY that I was watching on ebay, and she said that was ok too, but not both.

She's a keeper, guys...

You're on a roll man, a little more push and you'll have the okay for a 1500!:clapper:

I too, had a great weekend with the boss and no motorcycle. We went backpacking in Lassen Volcanic National Park in California. And we had a great time.

She alsojust got a Corbin backrest for the bike to match the Corbin seat she gifted back in April. She rides with me whenever she can. I'm a lucky man.

Nice one guys, much more attractive than pics of greasy bikers, but it looks like the snow comes early in California, judging by the ski poles Axelwik:baffled::goofygrin:

It was snowing, but the poles are for stability over rugged terrain while carrying backpacks. They're actuallydesigned as, "trekking poles." A habit I picked up whilehiking and climbing in Europe.

A few years ago Steph volunteered as a guinea pig for NASA, to test the effects of weightlesness on long spaceflights. She was not allowed to get up for months, which really messed with her balance.

Yep, I did know about the poles, it was just my warped sense of humour. If you are serious about the test thing, then sorry, I didn't wish to offend.

No offense taken... a lot of people, especially here in the states, don't know what trekking poles are. And yes, she really was on the NASA payroll for their experiments.
