Yesterday, I rode the full length of Little River Canyon on my 1500, right off Hwy 35, going out of Ft. Payne, Alabama. Starting in DeKalb County, Al. (Ft. Payne) and to Cherokee County. Just about or MORE challenging than the Tail of the Dragon, except LRC also has MANY rolling hills. 17 plus miles just in DeKalb County alone. 11 miles in Cherokee County. Talking about a challenge at 35 mph, It's impossible. You really need to try this. This needs to be renamed to Goldwing Gulch, Harly Davidson's Dump, or Croch Rocket Road
God Bless,
David

Looks interesting. Wish it would be closer to me. Just might be a detour when going to or coming back from Florida sometime.
This looks like it will be a doable ride for me when I head out from Atlanta heading up to Eureka Springs. Quick question though, I am assuming that this portion you're talking about is Highway 35 South.. South of Fort Payne heading to Weiss Lake. Just making sure so that I do not mess my route up and hit the wrong road.

Thanks for the heads up. :waving:
Took a Goog-Ride from east to west, nice little jaunt.
Of coarse that never does any road justice.
.
For those who like the road it's got some challenges.
The one's who like scenery, ride it after the leaves fall.

.;) Nice find Dave.
