I think its a yamaha venture. If you click through the gallery, there are different views. In one, it looks like he used drive chains to surround the headlights.

I wouldnt do this to a bike, but this one is interesting...

That is pretty cool. There's an outfit on eBay that liquidates "rebuildable" smashed 1800s . . . . . . . a GL1800 Mad Max version might be worth doing.

Two things:

1) I love the custom headlights with the cam chain surrounding the headlight, and

2) When I think of 'rat' bikes, I think of a bike that one will take anywhere at anytime. With those four exposed air filters, its pretty apparent this is just a show bike. IMHO, 'show' and 'rat' don't go well together as motorcycle adjectives.
