I have a 1989 Goldwing. I installed fog lights and an accessory switch on my Wing and wired it to the battery for now. Does anyone know where I can tap into a switched hot so I won't accidentally switch and leave my lights on.

On my 93 there is a switched accessory terminal just above the fuses on the left side.

Use that only to control a relay coil. It is, and should stay 5 amps fused.
Then run the lamps to the battery as before but through the relay contacts and a 15 amp fuse.
