Was curious if anyone has tried the Air rider digital volt/ gear position indicator for a 1500. the one that replaces the badge on the key surround?

I too was looking at both of these units.
and was wondering what maks them tick?
are they tied to the goldwing's computer ?
or
are they using and external add-on switch.?

That's on my wish list too. More for having both volts and temp than the gear position indicator, but have it all makes it a wow item for me.

Just be sure to order up the shade that goes with it from Dave's also. If you don't it will be near impossible to see those red LEDs when in full sun.

Ihave been eyeing these units for some time now.It's the only digital voltmeter that I have seen that I realy like.If it works half as good as it looks it should be great.I kind of like the gear indicator also.
