2-3 psi in the front and either 20 or 40 psiin the back, depending on if I'm riding with a passenger or not. Let me tell you something that may drive you a bit crazy as it did me, if you think you're going to keep those forks at equal pressure side to side, GOOD LUCK! I spent the better part of an hour trying to get them perfect and it just wasn't happening. It takes a split second of added pressure to shoot it up 4 pounds. Again, good luck and don't let the equal pressures in the front stress you out. I can assure you that mine are probably not equal right now and there is no way I could tell while riding.
