The answer to that question is sure you can, but the drive up the haul road isn't for the Sunday rider. Your bike will have to be in pretty good condition to do the trip up the haul road and during the summer months is when the state does all the maintenance on the road. Most of the road is gravel and once you leave Coldfoot, AK it 270 miles to the next gas station and the worst section of the hwy awaits you.
