97 GL1500 SE. Did the clutch bleed and brake bleed. have excellent brakes, however now the cruise does not set. If I turn the cruise "ON" then the clock runs very fast. In 20 min time the clock advances one hour. Going after the switches in the morning but I already hear two clicks on each switch. will check them with a tester tomorrow. Need to locate the foot switch. Anyone have this issue before? BB

I think there is a problem with the instrument panel ground. Did you disturb any connectors when you were working on the bike?

We had the side covers off and the rotor covers and the left saddlebag. nothing anywhere near the instrument cluster. We'll see what we can find tomorrow

Under the right side cover, above and forward of the oil dipstick is a main ground connection, check it.
