Thanks Jim Chandler of Hickory NC for selling me his '85 GL1200 LTD at a great price. What a great bike. This is my second Wing. 10 or so years ago I owned an 82 GL1100.
My interests include touring, especially in the NC Mountains, with my wife, working around the farm, woodworking, piddling, riding my BMW R1100GS solo, and my family.
I am interested in converting the turning lamps into running lights, and in coming up with a fix for the missing horn button. Am looking forward to getting some great info on the forum.
