another newbie

Hello to anyone and everyone reading this. I just recently acquired a 1989 GL1500 (beige in color) to my good wifes annoyance. Well its 15 years since I had a motorcycle and with the kids gone to their own nests I got the goldwing urge again.

I owned a GL1200 back in the day and sold it to pay off mortgage bills and that was the end of our biking for the next 15.

There may be a glimmer of light tho, my wife dug out her old helmet and leathers and thinks the leathers shrunk as she can't fit into them any more. So for the cost of some new ladies leather jeans and jacket, I may have a convert. :D
