Any old-timers out there?

Well, thinking about some Markland floorboards, for a GL1500. Apparently they are not made anymore, or at least no where that I can find, but used ones are available. Apparently they had been made in "low mount" and "high mount" styles. That is about all I can find out about them. Do any of you old time wingers out there remember anything about them? Did they actually come in two styles? Were they good floorboards? I'd love some actual information, or even a hint of where to look next, like a URL or factory contact point, or something. A google search has so far come up dry.
