click on your state name in your Avatar/location. That will bring up a map listing by state, then by city.

If you click on the city name, it will give you all in that city only.

You are the only one registered in your city.

Doesn't require that much work actually. Just click on Oregon in your location section on any of your posts and it will take you to all the Oregon members.

I would recommend spike strips. Get the set up on the hiway near your house, and when someone on a wing approaches, pull them into the roadway. In no short order, you will get to know some Oregon wingers!!!
