What I want to do is power up the cassette off the bike with my 12vdcbench supplyand give it a good cleaning. I've taken both top & bottom plates off but the rats nest of wires behind the connector gives no clear view of the Positive or negtive leads. Ilooked in the Service manual but no luck, not enough detail on the audio wiring... Anyone have a pinout of that connector? I have a 1 and 13 stamped on the upper & lower right handPins as you look at the connector. I assume that this is they key to reading the rest of the pin #'s

THANKS! Just what I needed! Lots of earth connections on that plug. Looks like pin 16 must be 12 volts? I'll fuse my supply for sure!

Upon further review it's pin 6 for 12VDC and pin 9 for ground. Wasn't much good anyway, Hardly any room to get a cleaning swab in to the pinch rollers and the belts are all hidden underneath out of view. I did clean the capstains and rollers as well as I could but I'm afraid this winter it's a trip to Sierra for a rebuild, if it makes it that long....
