I guess my question is mute, I just took a closer look at my headset and it has 7 pins. J&M it is. unless some has a better suggestion as far as manufacturers.

yes, I thought they had 5 and they offer an adaptor but I think the adaptor is to make the whole Autocom system work on a wing. I have an Autocom system on my 83 1100, so already have the headsets all installed, but no biggie to uninstall and put in others.
