Hi Steve,
Good to see you made it home ok!
I was worried that with all the rain
that you would have to go to Pa. first
and visit Winger77.
Nice to have met you and hope to get together
next year.

I did run into a little rain but my magic rain gear kept me on the road and dry.... I seems that if I wear the gear it doesn't rain.... but, when I take it off the rain spirits wait till I'm at speed on a winding road, thenstart throwing sheets of water on me:?

All kidding aside; The ride home was 2200 miles of beauty and cruising. I loved it!

I wascruising down an Oklahomaback road late Saturday night passing through several small towns worrying about fuel. Every town I passed through was closed for the night.... It was dark andI decided to camp at the next gas station I came to, I didn't want to run out of gas in the middle of no-where.... I came around this hill and the world lit up; I found myselfin the middle of the Choc TawIndian reservationat theircasino.

What luck.... It was also a gas station and restaurant. The reservation police set me on a road to Arkansas they felt would be safer asit would have less fog. It was full of nice sweeps and threaded it's way through several small clusters of homes and foot hills, I hope to get back there and run it in the day light....

The whole trip was awesome but the people I met made it that way.... I can't wait till next year... I hope things come together so I can make that run as well.

Glad you made it home safe and sound. It seems me boosting a Goldwing may become a NASSIR tradition. Last year this guy on an 1800 left his ignition on when we went for lunch and killed his battery. I won't mention a name, but his initials were WEXY. ;)

Good trip, Bro. It sounds like you got through the mtns before the hail that hit about an hour after we saw you last.

See ya next year if not before. Wilton
