It actually looks better than I was afraid it would, I've seen what an 18 wheeler can do to a four wheeler before, you are one lucky man, even if it dont feel lucky right now :D

Wow! I had to do a double take. I have the same black bike with pin striping that must have been done by the same person. Mineare gray and purple.

Mark,

Just be glad you had that much mass between you and the 18 wheeler's front bumper. A crotchrocket wouldn't have fared, or you for that matter, anywhere near as well as the GW and you did. What a waste of a nice ride, and good use of saddlebags and a trunk.

wow you are a lucky one. well look on the brite side you can alway buy it back and make a trike out of it.

That will buff out.. ;) Seriously, glad you are going to be okay :)

Damn, that hurts just looking at it.

What a terrible way for a 'Black' bike to go. Glad youmade itthrough that one.

It has been my experience, that there is no good time of year to get a deal on a Wing. I got mine in February & prices were about the same as June.

It ain't right! But good deals do come along. GOOD LUCK!!

How about you just keep your bike like it is? Too many accidents this summer. Lost several buddies on the ST forum this year to various things.

Mark you'll get another bike, it can be replaced. Lucky you are still on this side of the earth after that ordeal.

OUCH

Well, we can all get some baling wire, duct tape and a little paint and she will be good as new..:D

Seriously, I'd rather see that bike in peices that you in peices. Looks like the old gal gave her life for you. The bike can be fixed, anything mechanical can be fixed, but a person is a little harder to fix.

Hope your gettin along OK.

Hey, look at the bright side, the windshield looks totally undamaged. Those things are expensive to replace.

Glad you're standing up looking at it though, take care.
