Bad Vibrations, GL1500

I think I may have a serious problem with my ride. In the last month or so I have been noticing a slight intermittant vibration in both stock and crash bar footrests and in my seat. Nothing really too bad but it has caught my attention. Now it is getting worse the more I have ridden it. Not so intermittant anymore. When riding yesterday at about 55-60 I would pull in the clutch and and let it coast and you could really feel the vibration, not good. And in the same time frame I have been hearing a clunking sound somewhere low in my main motor area. Maybe on the right side?? It kinda sounds like the sound your tranny would make with a normal shift but not as loud. Almost seems like something is dangling and hitting something but that is not the case. The sound happens at anytime and somtimes it does it 2-3 times in a row. It doesnt do it when you hit bumps. I thought it might be something in the suspension but I think I have ruled that out. My wife even noticed it too. I spun the rear wheel kinda hard with my foot up on the center stand and it sounds rough. Not sure if that the way it is?? I dont think so though. It seems like it might be a bearing issue, tranny or driveline problem. Ujoint maybe?? It doesnt seem to be any worse when I lean her over from side to side when riding. I also wonder if it could be the alternator bearings doing this? But if it was that would it vibrate even when the motor was idling with the clutch pulled in at speed?? Anybody have anything like this happen on your Wing. Would appreciate any input before worse case scenario as in "Shop Time" might be in the picture Thanks.... Ride On

Clunking noise and vibrations would make me look at the UJ first.
