I bought a set of the Baker leg wings back in June. They have never tightened down properly so they tend to twist out of position.
Last weekend after we got home I was covering the bike up and broke one of the plastic wings in half.
I sent their customer service an e-mail this morning and included my cell number. I just got a call from them.
They're going to send me a whole new set to try and make it right.
I'm impressed.
Quick response and good news as well.

Not enough of that kind of customer service left anymore.

They've treated me well too, and yes, they have a 1200 model. :)

And usually any wings made for a 1200 will also adapt to an 1100.

I bought the wings for my CB900 a couple of years ago and the customer service was top notch. It's really nice dealing with folks who treat you right. The product is a little pricey, but the service is well worth it. The wings I bought for my CB900 fit perfectly on my 84 Aspy so I am still enjoying them.

I got a set for my 1500, after a year I lost the crome ball on the bottom. Called and had replacements in 3 days. I love mine and the service after the sale will make me buy nothing else but them for my next bike

I bought a pair of their Hand Wings for my GL1800 and couldn't seem to get them locked down tight enough either. No matter what they kept moving on me by them self. I e-mailed them asking what to do and the next day I got a call from them basically telling me to crank them down which I was reluctance to do since I went from the factory mirrors to the Muth Signal ones which didn't seem to have as strong a base to them but so far **knock on Wood** has seemed to be holding.

I could certainly recommend doing business with them, I an now considering the Air Wings with Lowers as my next purchase and when I do it will be from them directly for sure.

I purchased the foot wings from Baker and broke the left one when fitting it, when I stood on the plastic wing. I contacted them to see if they could sell me a spare left wing without buying the whole kit and about 5 days later a packet arrived at home with a new left wing at no cost. That ws very kind of them and I reccomend them without hesitation.

Well,I must've talked to the wrong person through an email,I have never lost the ball and washers on the left wing, but have lost 2 now on the right one.

So there must be something wrong with it,and I explained that to them that I always do a pre trip inspection and I always find the right one loose,it just doesn't tighten up like the left one,I have never found the left one to be loose on my inspection,by the way.

Anyhow, they told me to take a pair of wire cutters and make a small cut in them, other wordsto mess the threads up and they would sell me another chrome ball and washers for 5.25 plus shipping.

Sounds like I caught them on a day there not so thrilled about giving anything away.............

I can buy the chrome ball and washers cheaper though a middleman,,cyclemax
