Earlier this spring, I took my Wing downtown into the heart of the city(which I had never done before-just too hilly and too congested- But a guy had something for sale that I could not resist. Anyway, after I had done my business, I hopped back on and the bike seemed dead(97, so the kill switch prevents even cranking) Well, I was on one of those big hills, so I let her roll down and tried the old clutch thingy with no results. What to do?? Had no cell phone-forgot it at home. Sat there for a few moments, sort of scanning things. Must have looked at that switch several times( I don't like the way it is set up with thehandle offset from the little mark, fools me every time. Anyway, it finally registered on my brain that the bloody thing had gotten knocked off. Set it to correct position and---------vrooooooooom.
