i have a 1500SE with about 65000 mile ..when i got it after it sat for a few days it would blow blue smoke when started ..i put in sea foam for a week of driving to see if it would maybe free a ring an hopefully stop it from smoking .it had honda oil in it ..after the week of running an that wasnt many miles..i changed to amsoil 10w-40..an new filter ..the bike runs great with real good gas milage .but if it sets for 2-3 days i still smokes when first started ..but only then..if started the next day it dont smoke at least not that i can see..it comes from the left side. sounds like a valve guide to me ..what do you think .thanks for any help.........rich :?
