Hi folks, Last year ,during my mainenance period, known as winter, I fitted braded hoses to the front brakes , the hoses came as a kit , front and rear, the reasen I did not fit the rear was that I could see no way to get to the hard pipe that crosses the swinging arm , could some one give me a way to fit the rear hoses without stripping the entire back end out of the bike, one way I thought of was to make a new hard pipe up and just leave the old one in situe, 91 se 1500

That's the way to do it Pete. Many car accessory places (over her anyway) keep a pipe flaring machine in stock and the will cut and flare a pipe for you, just give them you old unionms so they can put them on the pipe before flaring it. The pipe is real easy to bend to shape when you get home. You can also buy cheap flaring kits and some unionsand do it yourself.
