Your rotor is just giving you a wake up call. Time to evaluate. In my experience, mechanical items do not heal by themselves and lots of times a neglected mechanical item will extract a heavy toll if you do pay enough attention to them. You are ahead of the game with a good heads up, now show the girl you care. Pamper her a little. Spend a little time cleaning. If she continues to bleed, you might as well throw some money at her. If your brakes are broke when you need them it may end your relationship with your bike. No one wants to see that happen.
