Hi Mo84, if you have fluid on the rotor, then you have little or no stopping power from that one. The pads will absorb the fluid and should be replaced when you fix the leak. If it is truly brake fluid, be careful what else it gets on, because it will remove paint and destroy plastic. Take a look at the fork tube on that side, the fluid may be oil from the fork through a bad seal.
