Brakes after storing...

Have a new '17 GL1800 comfort/audio. 4400 miles last year before storing, home garage, battery out and on battery tender. Brought it out this past Sunday. Added air, and changed oil and filter. New to me, and I have had 4 wings, upon pulling in brake lever and pedal, nothing. Couple pulls and pushes, brakes came back. Checked them again yesterday, and good lever and pedal. I don't recall this on prior wings. Remind me, is this normal?
Thanx

As Dave said or what can happen in the cold weather sitting the cuo looses it's seal contact with the bore. When you pump the brake it forces the cup back out where it should be. Either way follow Dave's lead and make sure it is full and run it. I have the same issue with my clutch for 5 or 6 years now. Not an issue. They just want to go. They don't like to sit. :)
