It doesn't sound like you're brakes are dragging seriously Larry. Check to see if the calipers are free and not frozen in place, they should have some side to side play. If the pads on both side of the caliper look about the same thickness they are probably okay. If the calipers haven't been serviced in several years it wouldn't hurt to take them apart, clean things up and reassemble with new seals. Seals run around $17 per set from Honda.
