I washed and waxed my bike getting ready for the Boo Benefit Rally in Jefferson, Texas from 10/9/09 through 10/11/09. Poker run today.

It rained all day yesterday, and today there is a constant heavy mist falling. Don't really want to get out and ride a clean just-waxed bike in this.

By the way, I'd like some cheese with my whine, please.

Stop cleaning it then you won't feel bad about riding in the weather:action:

Great. What did you get? I've had mine only about 3 1/2 months and I am so impressed with the 1800.

In spite of the weather, my wife and I went to the Boo Benefit Rally in Jefferson this afternoon and went on the poker run. Even though we had intermittent rain all day, there were thousands of bikes there. Everybody seemed to be having a good time. Hondas, Harleys, Zukis, Yamahas -- even saw an old Indian. Everybody just enjoying the wind in our faces, and helping support a good cause.

It's a great rally, and it's held mid October every year. All are invited.

.
Mine has been for repairs since early last month after a rear end collision. I had withdrawls so bad I had thoughts of just getting rid of it, but once I straddled it, that silly notion left.;)

Started Late this is another Texas Event that we had no idea that was being held...Maybe next year, we need to get rides like this on a calender...The "Houston Bunch" M&G next weekend, October 17th, in Conroe, Texas........The Lone Star Rally, in Galveston, Texas, the last weekend of October....So next year I'll put this ride on my calender.....
