I'm wondering if I pull my carbs apart if I'll need to replace the throttle diaphragms or can they be reused? Bike is running reasonably good but I'm going to pull carbs to clean jets and check vacuum line down below. I'd hate to cost myself hundreds of dollars just to look.

If it's running good there is no need to take them apart and clean them. If you want to do some maintenance cleaning get a can of Seafoam and add 1 oz per gallon of gas.

If you do end up taking your carbs out and apart, the diaphrams are re-usable unless they are damaged.

They are actually pretty durable. Unless they get a pin hole leak in them or a tear, or unless the slidesget damaged, they can be reinstalled.

Usually damage would come from using the wrong chemical in the gas making the rubber weak, or they will eventually dry-rot and tear.

So just inspect them, and proceed from there.
