Howdy all.....
My 93 SE Aspencade had been sitting for about 5 years. When I got it it would not run well on one side it seems. I have pulled the carbs off and had a devil of a time figuring out how to disassemble without taking them completely apart. Now that I have done that....
1. What is he BEST way to clean out / rebuild them so I can get the old girl back up and on the road... (albeit after winter..... Spring in Montana is about Mid-April...
2. Who makes the best 'low-cost' Carb rebuild kits. (K&L)?
3. Any pro-tips on re-syncing the carbs when I mount it all back up?
Thanks all.

Sounds to me like you are in over your head. Maybe this will help, https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=12&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjOiqCM98fnAhUBQawKHQAcDbQQFjALegQIBBAB&url=http://www.jmartino.me/carb/&usg=AOvVaw0zVq18_ly9DYtTVjOyPgt2
If they need the bare minimum of seals & orings get the kits from Honda, otherwise get Randakks kit. Don't even bother with cheap kits, you will regret it.
Thanks Dave,
After studying the carbs for several hours, I figured out how to separate the LH carb from the plates without messing with too much the rest of the assembly. Just had to dismount the Accel pump and then disconnect linkage and a fuel line. Also, thanks for the link. I will study it well. Will try to post some pics.

Looks like Randakks does no longer have GW 1500 carb parts. - any other source?
