Is there any way to use the CB radio without having headsets? We have them not fond of wearing them all the time.

Not really Ron. There used to be a hand-held CB mic made by J&M, but that has been discontinued years ago.

I guess you might be looking for standalone headsets that fit the Goldwings DIN connection. I'm not sure if they are available, I don't remember reading about them before.
