Change GL1500se lower fairing lights to stay on all the time

i believe that i have seen some 1500 SE'swith the lower white turning indicators permanently on. Mine come on when i indicate left or right. I believe i have seen a solution to changing the wiring somewhere but cant find it. Can any wiz kid or other kind biker help???:baffled:

i hooked my lights up to a switch so i can turn them off if i want to, but they are usually on all the time. i have never had a problem. i do feel safer with them on.
