Change GL1500se lower fairing lights to stay on all the time

i believe that i have seen some 1500 SE'swith the lower white turning indicators permanently on. Mine come on when i indicate left or right. I believe i have seen a solution to changing the wiring somewhere but cant find it. Can any wiz kid or other kind biker help???:baffled:

If you put aone or two ohm resistor in series with the bulb lead it will dim the bulbs slightly but probably extend the life and reduce the heat developed. Shouldn't make itall that less visible.
