Change GL1500se lower fairing lights to stay on all the time

i believe that i have seen some 1500 SE'swith the lower white turning indicators permanently on. Mine come on when i indicate left or right. I believe i have seen a solution to changing the wiring somewhere but cant find it. Can any wiz kid or other kind biker help???:baffled:

Instead of cutting wires...I made a harness to do the same thing.

Here is a simple diagram. I have a relayed Auxiliary fuse block that is only powered up when the key is on.
