I have read a few times, on here, about folks having problems with their fitments burning out, when fitting high wattage bulbs in those lower lights Kimswang, so you might want to give that some thought, before putting those serious beasties in there.:waving:

Agree with Pete, add a second set of small spots to be seen & save your bottom lites. I put LED's in them & they work fine. :waving:

Bob is right, the LED's around these days will give others a great view of you and I doubt you will lose any serious bonus from being able to see the road.

We will find out. The brand of bulbs I am putting in I also use in my headlight and in my truck. There they have last for a very long time. I did also order some LED's so we will see what works.

You may find the problem being the bulbs are too hot for the lens in the housing, not the bulbs directly.

That's what I was afraid of with my truck too, 90/130W have not given my plastic lenses any problems whatsoever in the last two years. The H1's that are going in are 100W. Only time will tell.....

I converted mine from white running lights to amber LED running lights because I was sick of changing the bulbs every 3500 to 5000 miles...The LEDs will last for a long long time...

Then I added real driving lights to the bike for serious light in the dark...Here are a few pictures...
