I have my 1500up on the rack. I see I can easily use a jack to raise the rear to pull off the rear tire.
I do not see a convenient location on the bottom of the bike for a frame. is it ok to jack the front up using the engine for the jack?
The jack is a scissor jack with a rubber top and it is about 7" x 10 "

I place a jack under the oil pan, and also a screw-type stabilizing jack under each of the front engine guards.

I modify the round upper pad by bending it into a U-shape, to cup the engine guard.

I use a 2x4 across the bottom of the motor with a jack under that. I jack it up enough to place a few boards under neath so when I remove the jack the front wheel is slightly off the ground. Right near the front, but watch the oil filter.
