I use a MiniVac, the kind you can pickup at any auto supply store. Works great and is a 1 man operation. Just make sure you don't run the master cylinders dry.

Firstly a manual as the brakes need to be bled in a specific order.
A speed bleeder is an asset for bleeding the brakes.
You need to take off some lower panels to get to the clutch bleed nipple.

You have 8 places to bleed. Brakes are two per caliper, four total on the front, two on the back, one at the anti-dive and one at the clutch.

Speed bleeders are nice, but a bit expensive, but those with the use of a clear section of tubing do turn things into a one man job. Especially the one at the clutch and the ones at the rear caliper.

This device also works well as speed bleeders are about six bucks each.
