what would happen if one tried to start a <<COLD>>
bike with the choke only 3/4 way open?

is choke hard to pull out.on mine would pull choke out and would not hold.found out that right under the choke knob there is a sleve that you can turn clockwise to tighten it or counterclockwise to loosen up.mine was real cold natured run like shi$ till i found about adjustment????

ye i found out about that last night on this fine site. but i was trying to make a point and learn something at the same time. took mine of loosened it up and sprayed
some penatrating oil down the sleeve work's fine now,
my problem was it wouldn't stay all the way open.
and very hard to pull.
